We Are Committed to Protecting Personal Information

QwantumRights Solutions Corp. (QRS) places the utmost care in respect to your privacy and we are committed to protect the personal information that is shared with us. In most areas of our website, you are free to browse without providing any personal information about yourself.  In some cases, such as requests for more detailed service descriptions, we do ask for personal information, only to be able to respond to you appropriately. This policy describes how we collect and use the personal information submitted in these cases. 

Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, title, a first and last name, email address, physical address including postal or zip code for primary or secondary addresses, occupation, industry, or other information needed to respond to your request for a service offering.  Additional contact or personally identifiable information such as birth date, gender, personal interests, etc. is not requested.

In the areas of the QRS site where information is requested from you (such as Contact Us), the QRS policy is to use this information internally only and any such information is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes.  By making a request for information from QRS, QRS may provide the collected information to our business partners and their employees solely to respond to your request for information.  It is important to note that any information transported to QRS over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely private, therefore any information you send us is provided to QRS at your own risk.

QRS’s web server automatically logs general statistics regarding QRS site visitors that includes IP addresses (the Internet Protocol address of the computer accessing the QRS website), the pages accessed, the type of browser and the amount of time that a visitor to the QRS website spends on the site and various pages within the site.  This information is not traceable back to the individual(s) accessing the QRS website.  The logging of this information is a standard reporting method to provide QRS with statistical information regarding your visit to the website, which pages were visited, and the length of time spent on each page for QRS to determine trends that are then used to improve the overall performance of the website.  No personally identifiable information is collected by QRS in this exercise.

At this point in time, the QRS site does NOT use cookies or other tracking technologies.  Should QRS choose to do so in the future our Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the use of cookies or other tracking technologies. 

Cookies are small data files that certain websites write to your computer’s hard drive when you visit these sites.  Cookie files can contain information such as a person’s User ID, which the site uses to track the pages you have visited and enhance your experience on the site.  The only personal information cookies contain are information you supply yourself.  Cookies do not and cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites.

The QRS website includes links to other third-party sites, primarily those of QRS’s business partners.  QRS recommends that when you visit any website, including those of our business partners, that you review the privacy policy on that website.  QRS is not responsible for any website beyond our direct control.
